"The CHIPPER design is focused on aspects of aircraft performance and construction that are really important to many pilots whom I’ve met. This includes: first and foremost, STOL performance capability without losing cruise speed, followed by utilization of crash-worthy honeycomb material and highest quality CNC machined hardware in the construction of Chipper. This allowed us to produce a very light kit aircraft with great slow speed characteristics and unusually high speed. We’ve chosen to call this design Chipper, reflecting it’s cheerful and lively design!”
